This policy applies to professional services purchased from HOMEDECOSTUDIO, LLC (“HOMEDECOSTUDIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Because our services may require advance labor, software access, advertising purchases, data procurement and vendor commitments, eligibility depends on the status of the engagement.
1. Cancellation requests
Submit a cancellation request to abdurakhmanov@homedecostudio.us with your name, invoice or project number, service purchased and reason. A cancellation takes effect when acknowledged by us in writing.
2. Before work begins
If we receive the request before work begins and before project costs are incurred, payments may be refunded less any disclosed nonrefundable consultation or administrative fee, nonreturned processing charges, and authorized expenses already incurred.
3. After work begins
Fees attributable to completed work, research, planning, campaign preparation, data acquisition, vendor coordination and other committed resources are nonrefundable. If the amount paid exceeds completed work and nonrecoverable commitments, we may approve a partial refund after reviewing the project record.
4. Nonrefundable items
Completed services, conducted consultations, custom reports, surveys, approved milestones, advertising spend, media placements, software or platform fees, data purchases, vendor charges, rush fees after work begins, travel, printing, photography, production costs and expressly nonrefundable deposits are nonrefundable except where required by law.
5. Recurring services
Cancel recurring services in writing at least 10 calendar days before the next billing date unless the applicable agreement states another period. Cancellation stops future renewal after its effective date and does not refund a billing period already started.
6. Client delays and rescheduling
Fees are not refundable for delays caused by missing client information, access, feedback or approvals. Meetings may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged as disclosed when booked.
7. Service concerns
Report a concern within seven calendar days of delivery and describe it in reasonable detail. We will compare the work against the agreed scope and may correct a verified deficiency or offer another reasonable resolution. Market performance, personal preference, survey outcomes, property values or advertising response are not guaranteed.
8. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing generally begins within 7–10 business days of approval; the receiving financial institution may need additional time.
9. Our right to cancel
We may suspend or cancel an engagement for nonpayment, unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, inaccurate information, conflicts, lack of cooperation or regulatory concerns. If we cancel without client breach, we will deduct completed work and committed costs and refund any eligible remainder.
10. Controlling agreement
If a signed service agreement contains different cancellation terms, that agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
