Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HOMEDECOSTUDIO, LLC’s website and professional services. By using this website, accepting a proposal, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

1. Services

We provide real estate support, property marketing, market research, and related professional services. Each paid engagement is governed by a proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement defining scope, price, delivery schedule, and deliverables.

2. Professional limitations

Activities requiring a real estate, appraisal, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional license are performed only by properly authorized professionals when included in writing. Website information is general and is not legal, tax, appraisal, investment, or financial advice.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful materials, timely approvals, and required access. The client represents that it has authority to provide submitted content and request the applicable services.

4. Pricing and payment

Pricing is stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise disclosed. Payment may be required in full, by deposit, by milestone, hourly, or on a recurring basis. Work may be paused for overdue, declined, reversed, or disputed payments.

5. Changes and delivery

Requests beyond the agreed scope may require a change order, additional fees, and a revised schedule. Digital deliverables are normally provided by email or secure electronic link. Clients should report a material scope discrepancy within seven calendar days of delivery.

6. Third-party services

Projects may involve listing services, advertising networks, research databases, photographers, contractors, or software providers. Third-party terms may apply. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or independent actions beyond our reasonable control.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Property conditions, market demand, campaign performance, and third-party decisions vary. We do not guarantee a transaction, investment return, lead volume, sale price, or commercial result.

8. Intellectual property

Each party retains preexisting materials. After full payment, clients receive rights to final custom deliverables expressly granted in the applicable agreement. We retain our methodologies, templates, systems, know-how, and unused concepts.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website or our services for fraud, unlawful discrimination, infringement, harassment, malicious activity, or any violation of law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMEDECOSTUDIO, LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability related to a specific engagement will not exceed the amount paid for that engagement during the six months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version.
